PCT-1(DL) MO: Thermal Insulation Film

Description :

Our BOPP Metalized Thermal Insulation Lamination Film is a versatile solution with exceptional optical properties, tear resistance, and a pristine yellow tint-free appearance. Specially crafted for thermal lamination, it seamlessly bonds with expanded polystyrene (EPS) sheets, making it an ideal choice for roof-top insulation.

Applications :

Special Instructions: Lamination temperature for Cosmo thermal Metallised film: 100-120°C; Optimal conditions depend on lamination speed and dimensional stability. Ensure the printed surface is fully dry before lamination. Handle with care to avoid damage from rough handling, dust, and scratches. Adequately cool one surface before proceeding with lamination on the other.

PCT-2 (MDL) : Thermal Matte Film

Description :

Our Thermal Lamination Film, Matte, is a BOPP-based film with a matte finish on one side and treated surfaces on both sides. It features an extrusion-coated surface with a low-temperature melting resin for easy lamination to paper products using heat and pressure. This film offers an aesthetic matte appearance, excellent resistance to elongation and tear, and a yellow tint-free roll appearance. It exhibits strong fibre-tear bond strength with paper and exceptional bursting during laminated sheet separation. The film is suitable for various applications such as book covers, posters, magazines, and more

Description :

This Thermal Gloss Film is a clear BOPP-based laminating film with excellent optical properties and resistance to elongation and tear. Suitable for thermal lamination with various printed and unprinted paper and paperboards, it finds applications in book covers, posters, magazines, diaries, etc

This is a BOPP Thermal Lamination Film with a silky matte finish on one side. It provides excellent tear resistance, a yellow tint-free appearance, and a strong fiber-tear bond with paper. Primarily used for laminating printed and unprinted paper products such as book covers, posters, and brochures. Specific instructions include a lamination temperature of 100-120°C, ensuring dry printed surfaces, careful handling, and sequential cooling for optimal results
