PCT-2 (PDL) MO: PET based Silver Film

Description :

This PET-based lamination film in silver offers a metallized, dual-side treated solution for enhanced aesthetics. With an extrusion-coated surface on the metallized side using low-temperature melting resin, this film facilitates seamless lamination to paper products through heat and pressure. Boasting an AL Foil look, our film is visually appealing and suitable for post-press operations like embossing and spot coating. The film is ideal for cartons of cosmetics, perfume, wine, and more

Features :

Applications :

Special Instructions:

  1. Laminates this film at 110-120°C; optimize conditions based on lamination speed and dimensional stability.
  2. Ensure the printed surface is thoroughly dried before lamination for the best results.
  3. Handle with care and maintain cleanliness to avoid damage from rough handling, dust, and scratches, preserving the film's appearance.
  4. Sufficiently cool one surface before proceeding to laminate the other for optimal results and overall performance.
