The client faced certain limitations when supplying promotional tags to Asian Paints which was dipped in paint buckets/ Wall Putty Packet-

1. Compatibility of materials

• Paper tags needed to withstand contact with the paint/ putty. 

2. Filmic Pouching Process

• Pouching the paper tags with filmic material required to protect the paper tags

3. Increased Production Time & Manpower

• Pouching the paper tags added an extra step to the production process and required extra manpower

Our Solution

We provided the customer with effective solutions for their promotional tags by introducing our 120 Standard Cosmo Synthetic Paper which is durable & chemical resistant.

• Successful Testing with Chemicals- Customer conducted various tests using different chemicals on the tags which resulted in exceptionally well performance of CSP tags, protecting the printing without any damage.

• Elimination of Plastic Pouching & Additional Manpower-

As Cosmo Synthetic Paper does not require plastic pouching, hence eliminated:

1. An extra operational step for pouching process.

2. Additional manpower required for pouching.
